We are very thankful for Integrity. We have had a low pressure light on for years on our geothermal unit, and recently it has started to freeze up. Another company, who has done regular 6 month maintenance for us for the last 2.5 years since we bought the house told us that we were low on refrigerant and would need a full unit replacement which would have cost close to $20,000.

We called Integrity, and not only was he able to come out the day after we called, but he also spent over 2 hours trying to figure out what our issue was. 2 hours later, and he was able to figure out what the issues were with our pressures AND he did a flush that made those two lights that have been on for years go away. He showed my husband what he was doing, and he was extremely informative in explaining WHY we had a pressure problem (bad buildup from iron in our well water) but also how and when to do a regular system flush on our own, since the company we hired to do maintenance apparently doesn't bother to do anything like that.

We have had around 8 different people come out over the years to work on our unit, and Integrity was by far the most thorough and helpful one of them all. If he doesn't mind the travel to Huntington, I think we will always go to him for help in the future.
